Privacy Policy (Vouch Reflect)
Last updated: February 18, 2026
For overall Vouch privacy, see Privacy Policy.
Vouch Reflect is a consent-first reflection flow designed for founders, owners, and senior decision-makers to write down what’s unclear, heavy, or mentally tiring — privately and calmly.
1. What we collect
- Your reflection responses (the answers you type).
- Your selected role/level (e.g., Founder, CXO, VP/Director).
- Optional context you share (company/team text field).
- Optional contact (WhatsApp/email) only if you opt in.
- Timestamp of submission for integrity and accountability.
2. Why we collect it
- To understand leadership constraints, patterns, and recurring friction points.
- To create a short, respectful summary of insights (aggregated when appropriate).
- To offer a relevant next step only when you consent(e.g., a brief follow-up note or conversation).
3. Consent
Your response is anonymous by default. If you choose “Yes, you may contact me,” you may optionally share a WhatsApp number or email. We contact only for relevant follow-up — no spam, no marketing blasts.
4. How we share data
Vouch Reflect responses are not a public feed. We do not sell personal data. We may share insights in one of these ways:
- Personal follow-up: Only if you opted in.
- Aggregated patterns: Non-identifiable summaries when multiple reflections point to the same theme.
- Internal learning: To improve Vouch systems and reflection design.
5. Data retention
We retain reflections only as long as needed to deliver value (summary, learning, and any requested follow-up), and to maintain system integrity. You can request deletion anytime.
6. Your rights
- Request deletion of your contact data (or the entire entry).
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Ask what we stored about you (if you provided contact).
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect data. No system is guaranteed 100% secure, but we design for privacy and minimal collection.
