Vouch is listening while deciding what to build next. Share only what you’re comfortable sharing.

For Individuals

If you submit the individual form, we receive the answers you choose to provide, along with the submission date, email, location or area, and any age range or occupation you choose to share. We use your email to thank you for taking part. If you don’t opt in to Vouch progress updates, we delete your email after sending that thank-you. If you opt in, we retain it to send occasional Vouch progress updates. The information is stored in the Consumer Perspective tab of a Google Sheet and used for research.

For Businesses

If you submit the business form, we receive the answers you choose to provide, along with your name, organisation, role, email address and/or phone number, and any location or market you choose to share. The information is stored in the Industry Conversations tab of a Google Sheet for research and follow-up.

Keeping information private

Please don’t share customer records, confidential business information, passwords or sensitive personal information. Vouch may use themes from responses to guide its research, but will not publish your response with your name or contact details without asking first.
