What the two weeks look like.

START

Map and agree

A 45-minute kickoff. Review a few examples, choose one change and record a starting measure.

MIDPOINT

Try it in real work

Put the agreed change in place. A 20-minute check-in helps catch friction while the team uses it.

DAY 14

Review and hand over

A 30-minute review. Keep the workflow map, instructions and a written recommendation to keep, adjust or stop.

A small commitment on both sides.

Plan for about 95 minutes of scheduled sessions, plus time to gather examples and try the change.

You bring

One team contact who can make decisions, three to five recent examples, and a workflow that repeats during the test.

We agree together

One problem, one change, an owner and a useful signal to compare. If the workflow moves too slowly for two weeks, we discuss a different scope first.

The pilot excludes

Custom software, complex integrations, migrations, new subscriptions and ongoing support. Any extra work or cost needs a separate agreement.

Before you decide.

Is the first conversation paid?

No. We spend 20 minutes understanding one recurring problem and whether a pilot fits. There is no obligation to continue.

What if the test doesn’t improve things?

The pilot pays for the agreed work and review. Improvement is not guaranteed. We document what happened and recommend whether to adjust or stop.

Do I need to share business data?

Not for the first conversation. Describe the workflow using anonymised examples. Any later access is agreed for a specific purpose; don’t send passwords or customer records by email.

What happens after day 14?

You keep the agreed deliverables. There is no automatic renewal. Further work is optional and quoted separately.

Bring the problem you keep coming back to.
